Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the website and the general conditions for requesting, quoting, and hiring digital services from Nashcore Technology.

Identification

Nashcore Technology is a service line of Nashcore SpA. For commercial, legal, or terms-related questions, the official contact channel is atcliente@nashcore.cl.

Services

Nashcore Technology provides website creation, custom software development, internal dashboards, automations, integrations, and related digital solutions.

Prices and quotes

  • Prices published on the website are base or reference values shown as “from”.
  • Final pricing depends on scope, number of sections, functionality, integrations, content, languages, design, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Any quote may require prior diagnosis and will be valid for the period stated in the proposal sent to the client.
  • The proposal, service order, or contract accepted by the client prevails over any general information published on the website.

Project start

  • Project start may require an initial payment, scope approval, delivery of information, and confirmation of commercial conditions.
  • The client must provide texts, images, access credentials, licenses, accounts, approvals, and information needed to execute the service.
  • Delays in delivering information, access, or approvals may modify estimated timelines.

Scope changes

Requests not included in the approved scope, new features, additional integrations, structural changes, or adjustments after stage approval may be quoted separately.

Servers, domains, and external services

  • When included in the service, Nashcore may manage the provider, server, hosting, domain, or infrastructure it considers suitable for the project.
  • If the client requests using its own server, the client is responsible for contracting, paying, configuring, or providing sufficient access to work on it.
  • Administration, advanced configuration, migration, monitoring, or support for client-owned servers may be quoted as an additional service.
  • Nashcore is not responsible for outages, blocks, price changes, suspensions, restrictions, or failures from external providers outside its control.

Delivery, support, and technical warranty

  • Once the project is delivered, the client has 15 calendar days of included support for minor adjustments within the approved scope.
  • The technical warranty is 7 business days from delivery for failures attributable to the development delivered by Nashcore.
  • After those periods, support, maintenance, administration, new features, design changes, or additional adjustments may be hired as a separate service.
  • The technical warranty does not cover third-party changes, misuse, incorrect credentials, server outages, external services, API changes, client-provided content, malware, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The above applies without prejudice to any non-waivable rights that may apply under Chilean law.

Commercial results

Nashcore builds professional digital solutions, but does not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, traffic, SEO rankings, conversions, or business results, because these depend on multiple factors outside development.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, once the service is paid, the client receives the use or ownership of the agreed final deliverables. Nashcore keeps methodologies, knowledge, base components, reusable structures, internal tools, and technical experience developed before or during the project.

Electronic acceptance

Acceptance of proposals, scopes, deliverables, or conditions by email, WhatsApp, digital document, electronic signature, or equivalent means may be used to coordinate and support commercial approvals, without prejudice to formalities required by applicable law.

Applicable law

These terms are interpreted under Chilean law, including consumer protection, e-commerce, electronic documents, and personal data protection rules where applicable.
